Because Kurt Vonnegut is one of my favorite writers as well, and because I’m sure Kurt could care less, I decided to adapt doshdosh’s adaptation of Kurt’s eight rules for creative writing to the wild and wooly world of online digital storytelling. Feel free to continue the march to apply Kurt’ s 8 principles to whatever needs good direction.
 I was writing an essay on 20th century American literature yesterday when I came across Bagombo Snuff Box, a collection of early magazine stories from Kurt Vonnegut, of Slaughter House-Five fame. Inserted within this short collection of stories was a list of eight rules for creative writing.
